About the home

This villa provides luxury accommodation within the grounds of Carworgie Manor. An excellent range of on site facilities are available at Atlantic Reach, including indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool, nine hole golf course, children's adventure fort, gymnasium and tennis courts. There is a bar and restaurant with night time disco and other entertainments (seasonal). There is a health and beauty spa with sauna and jacuzzi (time restrictions and entry/hire fees apply).

All guests will receive a mini-welcome pack. Guests will also find a folder at the property containing details of local attractions, useful phone numbers and complete information to make your stay more enjoyable.

Within the reception area of the site coffee, tea, take away snacks, soft and alcoholic drinks are available when the main bar and restaurant are closed. Free wi-fi is also available here.

Atlantic Reach is an ideal location for exploring Cornwall with excellent road links and Newquay airport near by. Only 6 miles from Newquay and some of Europe's best surfing beaches, Newquay has developed its own unique culture and offers an exciting and varied holiday stay, with its many bars and fashionable restaurants such as Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay and Rick Stein's Restaurant and Fish and Chips shop at Padstow, there are endless attractions at your doorstep.

Here you will find wide sandy beaches at Crantock only a few miles from the resort. Also at Padstow, Watergate Bay and Porth and you will find traditional Cornish fishing villages such as Mevagissey with plenty of charm and history. From surfing to coastal walks and beautiful gardens, there is plenty to do including the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens. For supermarkets Morrisons and Lidl are 6km from Atlantic Reach.

Kitchen: built-in cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and a complete range of utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sleeping:
-Master bedroom located to the front of the property and has a double bed with wall lights to either side, a double wardrobe and a four drawer chest
-Bedroom 2 features twin single beds with 1 bedside cabinet & separate wall lights above. There is a large built in wardrobe and four drawer chest.

Bathroom: the family shower room has a corner shower cubicle with an electric shower. There is a washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Please note that bath towels are provided for each guest, however towels for use at the swimming pool are not provided.

Outside there is a patio complete with patio furniture. There is also a shared outdoor heated pool (1st July - 30 September), communal parking and a children's play area with swings, climbing frame etc.Indoor fun-house for children ages 2-10 yrs. Barbecues can be used but are not supplied There is an on-site launderette facilities.

Atlantic Reach is located in the heart of Cornwall. This resort can be easily reached by road. Take the M5 from bristol to Junction 31, exit onto A30 towards Bodmin/Oakhampton. Take the A39 exit toward Newquay / St Columb / St Dennis / Indian Queens. At Highgate Hill roundabout, take the third exit onto A39. At the roundabout take the second exit onto A392. Turn right into Atlantic Reach.
