With one twin bedroom and three doubles (one with ensuite facilities) and two family bathrooms, this cottage can sleep up to eight people. Within the cottage there is also an open plan living area with a kitchen a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is a lawned rear garden with furniture and a BBQ. Atlantic Reach is a holiday village situated in the grounds of a 16th Century manor estate in Cornwall. The site boasts a leisure suite with swimming pools, gymnasium, saunas, jacuzzi baths, tennis courts, bars, restaurants and a pitch and putt golf course. The surrounding area offers much to see and do with the resort of Newquay, with its surfing beaches, nightlife and host of quality pubs and restaurants, just 6 miles away. The nearby coastal path travels through some of the region's spectacular scenery and is a great way to explore the dozens of quiet coves, sandy beaches and cliff top walks available close by.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
