This beautiful traditional stone barn has been tastefully converted into four self-catering cottages. Set in idyllic gardens and grounds they provide a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. Surrounded by 50 acres of Roserrans farmland you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and yet be within easy striking distance of the coast offering a choice of sandy surfing beaches or the Atlantic highway making it easy to explore other parts of the county. There is a communal hard tennis court, ideal for burning off any excess energy before settling down for the evening. The busy fishing town of Padstow is only 8 miles away where you will discover a variety of little shops tucked away offering a choice of gifts to take home to family and friends. There is so much to do in this little town alone and an amazing array of restaurants, cafes and pubs to suit every ones taste. For the energetic, bike hire is available at the start of the Camel Trail and there are miles of scenic track to explore which take you through Wadebridge as far as the edge of Bodmin Moor passing Camel Valley vineyards which make a good 'watering hole' for the discerning wine drinker. Riding and golf is available nearby and the old market town of St Columb is just over a mile away where the basic every day needs can be sourced and offering a choice of pubs and takeaways. Mill House is the flag ship of the self-catering accommodation enjoying a private patio area, garden and barbeque. Leat, Granary and The Barn all have their own patio areas and garden furniture sharing communal gardens and barbeque. This is the ideal destination for those who appreciate the countryside and all it has to offer.
