About the home

At the Cotehele Lodge we offer a range of rooms newly refurbished to a very high standard and all have en suite facilities. We have three lovely suite rooms all with various luxuries from mood lit jacuzzi baths, large 42" plasma TV's, log fires, sea views and adjoining rooms for families or a 3rd person.

Breakfast is optional and is served to you in your rooms between 8am to 9am

The Cotehele Suite to give you a room example comprises of a King size four-poster bed, open log fire, 3 seater sofa and bay window breakfast/dining area.

Cotehele Lodge Guesthouse Newquay was a former Naval Officer's lodge and the building maintains some of it's original features such as stained glass windows and ingle-nook fires.

To maintain the high standard of cleanliness and comfort of your rooms, we request that you vacate your rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure and the rooms may not be occupied before 12pm on the day of arrival.

With regret, no allowance can be made for temporary absence, or in the event of the room being vacated before the expiry date of the booking at Cotehele Lodge.

From the M5/Exeter take the A30 to Cornwall and Newquay. From the A30 follow signs for A392 to Newquay. When you pass town signs for Newquay follow signs for Fistral Beach and Newquay. At the top of the hill go straight across the roundabout still following signs for Fistral Beach. You are now on Higher Tower Road which leads into Tower Road.The Cotehele Lodge Guesthouse Newquay can be seen on the right hand side of the road.

“A little Gem” Just stayed here for one night after taking my son down to Newquay for a holiday with his mates. The room was large and well decorated, the bathroom with jacuzzi bath was a lovely little luxury. Well positioned to walk to the town and the beach, our room had a nice view of the sea. All in all we enjoyed our short stay.
