The lounge has stunning sea views over Newquay Bay and to the rear of the property there is a peaceful walled garden.
Towan beach 2 mins. Fistral beach 10 mins walk.
The main shops, bars, clubs and restaurants are all at the end of the road. The perfect holiday get away for singles groups or families.

The property has two newly fitted white gloss kitchens two lounges, four/five bedrooms and three newly fitted bath/shower rooms. All photos are May 2013.
Downstairs;
There are two bedrooms downstairs one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds.
The lounge has a leather double sofa bed and can be used as a bedroom or as a lounge. There is a wet room with shower, hand basin and WC. Kitchen one is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs 1st floor;
There is a second larger kitchen with table and four chairs, separate WC , bathroom and large lounge. The 3rd bedroom has wardrobes and two single beds.
Upstairs 2nd floor;
Large loft bedroom with en suite shower room, one kingsize bed and one single bed with a pull out extra single bed ,dressing table and drawers.
We can provide one travel cot.
Outside to the rear of the property is a decked private garden.
There are two tables and ten chairs for al fresco dining.

Off -road parking for two small/medium sized cars on the drive at the front of property.
There is also a long stay car park 5 minutes walk away if you bring more than two cars or two large cars.

Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm to respect our neighbours.
Owners operate a 3 strikes and out policy on any complaints or anti- social behaviour from guests. Bond will be deducted one third per warning/complaint. On third warning guests will be asked to leave and bond retained.
ONLY the persons listed on booking form are allowed into the property. If any one else is found in the property all guests will be asked to leave immediately and the bond will be retained.
Any breakages will be deducted from bond as will extra cleaning payments if property is not left in condition found.
No smoking in property, smoking permitted in garden only.
Lead named person is responsible for property and liable for any damage.
Owners reserve the right to enter property at anytime for inspection during holiday.
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed and cats for £50 per week.

The Newquay / Central Newquay area
Newquay is on one of the finest coastlines in Europe, with seven miles of golden sandy beaches which are perfect for water-sports of all kinds. Newquay has eleven beaches to choose from, all within a few minutes from the self catering accommodation.
When it comes to dining out there are lots of restaurants to choose from including Jamie Olivers Fifteen restaurant.
Newquay is probably most famous for its nightlife and for surfing, hosting the Boardmasters surf and skake contast each July.
In the winter the beaches are ideal for brisk walks or storm watching.
Newquay is alive with activity from rock-climbing and body-boarding to fishing or bird-watching. Newquay offers much more than just surfing.
There is a whole range of outdoor activities from canoeing, walking, fishing and horse riding. Or visit The Adventure Centre on Lusty Glaze beach to take a course in coasteering, zip wire, abseiling and climbing.
Just a five minute walk from the accommodation is one of Cornwall's finest Links golf courses too.

Another excellent stay at Seasalt. Having stayed here in 2011 we were excited to come back and stayed at half-term. The property was even better than last time as it has been freshly decorated and some of the furniture updated - a little bit like a show home really! There were 8 of us and we had 2 children and a toddler - house felt very safe and we were happy with the choice of bedrooms (some with bunk beds and some with beds that could be singles or doubles). I particularly like the fact that you get 2 of everything in this property as sometimes when your with family it can all get a bit much!! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so you never have to queue for the loo! Newquay is great for families and the location of the property is second to none! There is now a new addition of a cinema at the end of the road which was perfect for rainy days! I would stay at Seasalt again as I really like the property and have found the owners to be polite and helpful when I made my bookings - they even accommodated us to come into the property a few hours early - couldn't ask for more!! |

Our group arrived to a substandard house, which was communicated to the owners and not addressed throughout the duration of the holiday. Chairs in the kitchen were not safe and often collapsed,... more Response: This review is by the same group who posted "avoid like the plague" and is and obvious attempt to damage my business. We asked to let the cleaners in to clean again but was refused.... more |

I stayed at this house for my 40th at the end of feb and bonus spring sunny weather with friends and close family....very cosy house/home perfect for a large group as it consists of good size kitchens,3 bathrooms 2 lounge areas and every room spacious. The off road parking was brilliant as we had 2 cars and we couldn't believe just how close to the centre we actually was...... bars shops and cinema literally 2minute walk and the nearest beach 5 minute max. The surfing duo in our group loved the waves so everyone was happy and clean beaches. I live up north but love Newquay so a surprise like this has made my birthday one to remember thankyou to my lovely family love you all xx |
