This spacious contemporary villa is set within the landscaped grounds of a magnificent 16 acre country estate situated in rolling countryside near the stunning coastline of Newquay in Cornwall. This holiday resort provides a relaxing holiday retreat with a superb range of leisure facilities including a fantastic £3 million Leisure Club.

Here you can enjoy tennis, golf, spa facilities, indoor pool, outdoor pool and a contemporary bar and restaurant. A warm welcome awaits guests all year round at Atlantic Reach. Spectacular coastlines, beaches of golden sands, hidden coves and a variety of water sports are all close by, what a great location to choose to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall.

This stylish, spacious Villa is furnished to a high standard offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, the lounge has three large sofas, TV and DVD player, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. There is also a patio with patio furniture and ample parking.

Relax in the Jacuzzi, watch a DVD or saviour the sunshine with a glass of wine on the patio.

The lounge has three large sofas a TV and DVD player. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away. There is also a small private outside area with outdoor furniture, surrounded by landscaped gardens and countryside where you can enjoy the sunshine and have a BBQ.

A peaceful countryside retreat only 6 miles from Newquay's lively town and glorious sandy beaches.

At Atlantic Reach you can enjoy a relaxing game of golf on the 9 hole Pitch & Putt course, then chill out with a swim and spa, or go to the fully equipped Gym or have a game of tennis. Everything is possible for an active or relaxing holiday with our experienced fitness team on hand.

The Spa facilities include Sauna, Steamroom, Jacuzzi, treatment rooms and relaxation lounge. You can choose from a variety of treatments including massages, manicures, pedicures and a Californian sunless tan. (There is an extra charge for use of the spa facilities and golf course)

The outdoor adventure centre has a zip wire, swings, slides and other climbing frames for children. Shoot a hoop in the Basketball court, bounce around on the trampoline & bouncy castle (peak season only & weather permitting), enjoy a game of badminton by the pool or table tennis in our garden room.

Atlantic Reach is located in the heart of Cornwall.

This resort can be easily reached by road, Take the M5 from Bristol to junction 31, exit onto A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton. Take the A39 exit toward Newquay/St Columb/St Dennis/Indian Queens.

At Highgate Hill Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A39. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392. Turn right into Atlantic Reach.

You can also fly to Newquay from places such as London, Manchester and Bristol. Newuay Airport is the largest commercial airport serving Cornwall, Newquay now offers a real alternative to the long journey by road and rail. www.newquaycornwallairport.com
