This brand new contemporary apartment situated on the ground floor of Ocean 1, a brand new development on the Pentire Peninsula. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and it is the perfect base for any holiday in Cornwall.
Other nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty include the Pentire Headland, The River Gannel, Crantock and Holywell Beach and, of course, Newquay Golf Club located just behind Fistral Beach. Within a few minutes walk there is a small shop/off licence.
The centre of Newquay is a 10 minute walk, therefore close enough for those who enjoy the night life but far enough away for those who prefer to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and the magnificent coastline. Not very far from Ocean 1 is the ever popular Lewinnick Lodge Bar and Restaurant atop of the Pentire Headland with spectacular views of the Atlantic.
This apartment has been equipped for year round use and to a very high specification. The owners have spent a considerable amount of time on the attention to detail which makes this property hard to beat. It is completely self-contained and fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable self catering holiday. Beds are made up for your arrival, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included at no extra charge.

Fistral beach is one of the best in Europe, and there are several more within the area.
The fantastic quality of Newquay is that there is something here that will appeal to everyone, whatever their interests or age from beautiful clean beaches to a superb zoo, from an aquarium to a varied night-life.
Water sports are the obvious pull for the adventurous, and away from the beach there are copious opportunities for golf, tennis, pitch and putt, fishing, riding and much more.
Whether you want an adrenaline rush or a quiet walk, there are activities here to suit you.

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.
Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Buses run from Newquay Airport to the Town Centre.
