The Beach House is just 10 metres from Porth beach so you can literally have the sand under your toes in seconds! The apartment sits on the second floor of this brand new building with stunning views over the rivermouth towards Porth Island (owned by the Natural Trust).
Porth is just outside Newquay and is renowned for its safe family beach due to how the rocks and island shelter it from the Atlantic waves. Just round the corner is The Adventure Centre where you can take part in a number of water and land based activities. Porth has everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach side holiday in Newquay.

BEDROOM ONE Double bed, chest of drawers, lamp, mirror and wardrobe. There is a Juliet Balcony with beach and sea views.
BEDROOM TWO (ENSUITE) Two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and lamp. The ENSUITE has a shower cubicle with mains shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, DINER, LOUNGE.
KITCHEN A four ring electric hob, electric oven and extractor, fridge/freezer, wastebin, washerdryer, microwave, dishwasher.
DINER There is a table and four chairs.
LOUNGE A four seater sofa, coffee table, flatscreen Freeview TV with DVD player combination and TV stand. Patio doors that open out onto the main balcony giving fabulous views over Porth beach and the sea.

All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £25.00.
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
A security bond of £100.00 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure, in line with our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque with no surcharge. If you feel happier we are able to take card details over the phone rather than by post on the booking form or email. You can also BOOK ONLINE (please click on the website link in the contact details box).
Accommodation available from 4pm on day of arrival.
Please vacate on day of departure by 10am.

By Aeroplane - Newquay airport now receives flights daily from numerous airports in the UK including: London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham and from there it's just a short taxi ride to the property.
