Our contemporary, stylish, two-storey cottage which houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is superbly fitted and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort. Facilities include central heating, double glazing, a patio area and garden furniture. Available 365 days a year, the cottage is the ideal escape for families, groups of friends and golfers.
Located within the beautiful landscaped grounds of 17th century Carworgie Manor, Atlantic Reach is set in 50 acres of country side, 7 miles from Newquay. It presents superb facilities including the £3 million Leisure Club and the Manor House.

Conditions
A 25% deposit of the total price is required to secure the property. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at time of booking. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable £10 booking fee is applicable to all bookings. The property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are considered at a small extra fee (to cover cleaning) - please get in touch.
