About the home

Our bolt hole is furnished to a high standard for own personal use not just holiday use this gives it that personal edge. It is a newly appointed luxury property looking out high over Newquay Bay towards the Headland and Fistral Beach. Luxury linens and towels are supplied along with a comprehensive welcome pack to help you settle in to your holiday and home from home. North Cornwall is now your oyster with some of the best surfing beaches in the Country, spectacular coastal paths walks, extreme sports to numerous to mention, rolling golf courses, breathtaking views and romantic sunsets.

You are spoilt for choice for fabulous food with restaurants such Jamie Olivier's Fifteen at Watergate Bay only fifteen minutes away. Not forgetting the little ones who will truly have the most fabulous time at the beach buckets, spades, sandcastles, bodyboards, surfboards, bats and balls. If the beach is not enough Newquay and surrounding area has limitless attractions to entertain them, oh don't forget the property itself has its own indoor pool, it is perfect for children.

Open the juliet balcony doors and breath in that fresh air and take in the view of Fistral Bay and The Headland. Venture out and you will find yourself on Towan Beach within five minutes, or walk to the harbour in the sametime to meet the Seals living in their natural habitat, they can be quite camera friendly.

Fistral Bay View is our very own bolt home bought out of a love of Newquay and North Cornwall, it is furnished personally by us to our high standards. This is brand new for this season so be one of the first to use our luxurious apartment.

Living Area features:

- Large open plan living space with a lounge, dining area with well appointed artwork.
- Balcony doors open up the living area to give it a sense of outside in.
- Relax on brand new furnishings.
- Entertainment is provided by a flat screen T.V, dvd and cd player.

Kitchen
- Well appointed designer kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, stainless steel oven/hob with extractor fan, plus kettle and toaster and microwave.

Dining
- Stylish table with high back leather chairs that seats six.

Master Bedroom
- Double bed, with bedside tables and lamps.
- Large double mirrored wardrobe for storage.
- Contemporary en-suite shower room with underfloor heating and well lit mirrors.

Bedroom Two
- Twin beds, with bedside table and lamp.
- Large double mirrored wardrobe for storage.

Main Bathroom
- Contemporary white suite comprised of a bath and power shower.
- W.C, wash basin.
- underfloor heating, extractor fan, well lit mirrors.
- Shelf for storage.

- Large Hall way with storage and a separate cupboard with hoover etc.

Change over can be flexible out of season and durations can be tailor made. In season it is preferably a Saturday but this can be discussed. Do note that a welcome pack is provided to help you settle in free of charge along with luxury linens and towels.

Conditions

The property is managed locally. Our dedicated Manager is at the end of the phone, lives within minutes and is there to provide peace of mind and rapid assistance.

Well behaved pets are accepted there is £25 cleaning charge per dog per stay.

Please note long term lets are for holiday use only.

The property is strictly no smoking.

Home to the countries finest surf and greatest surfers the beaches are a must, just a 10 minute walk from No 25, Horizons finds you at the main town beach, Towan, and quick surf or a 15 minutes walk to the internationally renowned Fistral Beach for a longer ride. The Newquay, Cornwall / Mount Wise area

The Newquay areas is surrounded by magnificent beaches, with seven bays for seven days towards Padstow and miles of sand and extreme sports at Watergate Bay followed by dinner at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen. Newquay is a hub of entertainment and the home of British surfing, home to water and theme parks and its own fantastic Zoo.

Journey further south to the sands and surf of Perranporth or visit Lands End, the Tate Modern at St Ives and listen to live music watching the sunset at Godrivey. Go in land for Eden, one the great wonders of the world and the magical Lost Gardens of Heligan. The summer is alive with music and surf festivals to suit all tastes and ages.

Our apartment at Watergate is No 26 and sleeps 6, it has a large balcony which looks out over Watergate Bay and is a two minute walk to the beach with parking! At St Merryn, take your pick.
