About the home

Comfortable, cost cottage set in the beautiful mature garden of Primrose Farm. Located just outside of Newquay and close to the beaches of Holywell Bay, Crantock, Perranporth and Newquay. Primrose Farm is ideally located for visiting Cornwall's many beauty spots.

Our cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space, and a comfortable open plan lounge / dining room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, making this ideal accommodation for two couple to share and a shower room. The cottage has it's own patio area with table chairs and barbecue and the use of the garden with sunbeds.

We can also offer ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AT PRIMROSE FARM OF A BEAUITFUL LODGE set in a lovely part of the gardens. This accommodation has two bedrooms - one double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom, ideal for children, with it's own shower room. There is a comfortable and well equipped open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The Lodge has a verandah with patio furniture and barbecue.

NEW FOR 2010 - we can now offer our compact Studio for those looking for reasonably prices accommodation or only want to book 2 or 3 nights. The Studio has a triple bed giving flexibility of a small double or two single beds, kitchen area equipped with small refrigerator, micowave, two ring hot plate, kettle and toaster. En suite shower room. The Studio can also be booked in conjunction with the Cottage or Lodge to accommodate larger parties at a reduce rate. For information please telephone.

Hendra Croft. Rejerrah is a rural area located between the famous resorts of Newquay and Perranporth on the stunning North cornish coast.

Primrose Farm is well located for visiting the main beauty spots Cornwall has to offer and is only a short drive to the wonderful beaches of Holywell Bay and Crantock.

Cornwall is a perfect location for holidays any time of the year as, warmed by the Gulf Stream, it often enjoys warm Summers with plenty of sunshine and milder Winters than the rest of the U.K.

The nearest Town of Newquay has something for everyone, from beautiful beaches, cliff top walks, a Harbour and plenty of shops, restaurant and a lively night-life.

Some of the local attractions are Newquay Zoo, Trenance gardens with it's boating lake, the Blue Reef Aquarium, Trerice Manor, Dairyland and much more.

Newquay has numerous Restaurants to suit all tastes, including Jamie Oliver's 15 Restaurant at nearby Watergate Bay.

“a perfect cottage” A LOVELLY LITTLE COTTAGE,Home from Home,Two large bedrooms,Lots of living space for a small cottage.And a garden.There is a washing machine in the kitchen which came in very handy,The Breafel Steak pub is just round the corner ,A good place to eat and drink.The cottage was very clean and tidy .
