By Road: Coming from Exeter direction on the A30 take A39 signposted towards Newquay. Then after about 1/2 mile or about 0.80 Km take A392 Signposted to Newquay. Entrance to Atlantic Reach Resort is just a few hundred meters / yards on your right hand side directly off the A392.
By Rail: Main Station is in Nequay about 6miles or 10km. St Columb Road is the nearest Station about 1 mile or 1.5Km.
By Bus: A Bus service runs along the A392 to Newquay.
By Air: Flights to Newquay Airport , only 10km / 6miles away, from many UK Airports

Kitchen Integrated appliances which include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and a comprehensive range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Doors lead to the patio area.
Dining The dining area is in the open plan living space with 8 chairs and a dining table.
Bedroom Four Located on the ground floor, off the living area, and has a double bed and built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom: This is located off the living area and has a shower cubicle, w.c. and wash basin with mirror and spotlights
Ist Floor Master Bedroom Located with doors leading to a juliet balcony which has views over the Manor Estate. Kingsize bed, dressing table, side cabinets and built-in wardrobe with En-suite shower suite: A shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin with storage plus a mirror and spotlights.

Conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by cheque at least two weeks prior to arrival. Saturday to Saturday bookings only are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable £20 booking fee is applicable to all bookings. Cancellation insurance is advisable as the full holiday amount is due in the event of any cancellation. However, a refund will be be offered if the accommodation is re-let, less any difference between the two bookings and a small administration charge of £25.00 Sorry, no-smoking. Sorry, No Pets Please

"My family and I were very impressed with the accommodation, it was very clean and spacious. The resort, also, was impressive. Staff were pleasant and very willing to help with any requests. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time. Everything we needed, to make our stay comfortable, was provided at the lodge. The location of the resort was ideal for so many places that we visited.
