About the home

This beautiful modern stylish new townhouse was completed in 2007 . Fantastic location opposite the beach, yet a short walk to the town centre and all the facilities.
Close to Lusty glaze adventure beach with fantastic facilities for families, with an excellent surf school. a short walk to Porth beach in a beautiful quiet location. You can joint the South west coastal path directly opposite the house.
Perfect base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer 20 minutes from Padstow, 20 minutes from the Eden project.
4 miles to Watergate bay and the surf schools.

One King size bedroom, one double bedroom on the top floor,and a bedroom on the lower floor with chalet bunk , this has a double on the bottom and a single on the top ,this room has french windows opening onto the private rear decking, There is a shower room and Utility room making the lower floor self contained if required.
Two cots two high chairs and two stair gates are at the property making it child friendly

South facing large balcony to the first floor, perfect for the evening sun, and a small balcony to the front, looking out to sea.
There is a private fully enclosed deck area to the rear of the house.

“Everything just right” Probably our best holiday yet! The house was perfect for us, equipped with all we could need, it quickly felt like home, the location was just right, everything just fell into place for us, surf storage, room for bikes, parking etc. We took many items with us that we have found we needed or wanted in other holiday homes, which we just did not need as all was provided. The flexibility of arrival time, by having a key safe, meant we could arrive when we wished, takes away all stresses of the journey. Newquay is a lively town, being just a bit away from the town centre was so much more relaxing, the town and all it offers is just a short walk, but far enough to put the house in a quiet position. We parked our car on arrival and did not move it until we left, walked to Tolcarne beach each day with surfboards in hand, so close all the children could carry their surfboards without problem. Walked for all food shopping and activities, kayaks from the harbour a 15 minute walk, zip wire at Lusty Glaze just a couple of minutes away, Porth beach ten minutes, Tolcarne beach 5 minutes, skate park 10 minutes, pitch and put 10 minutes, Fistral is a touch further but still no more than 20 minutes walk. We are a family of five, the house had plenty of space and could have slept, fed and relaxed more. Could not want for more.
