About the home

A beautiful modern 2 double bedroomed apartment overlooking Fistral Beach. Relax in the open-plan lounge while looking out to sea and wake up of a morning from the master bedroom that is en suite which also looks out to the sea. In the evening, after a day on the beach, dine and relax on the 24ft terrace that has armchairs and side tables and lighting. Just sit back and relax and watch the surfers down on Fistral beach.

We have furnished the apartment to a very high standard and have added every luxury that we ourselves would hope to find and enjoy whilst on holiday which includes flat screen tvs/dvd players in both the Lounge and the master bedroom with a large collection of dvds available. The kitchen is furnished to a high standard with all modern appliances including a multi purpose coffee machine/ juicer/ ice making machine and wine cooler.

The apartment is situated just outside the centre of Newquay on the desirable Pentire peninsula. It overlooks a beautiful coastal area with countryside views to the rear and Fistral Beach to the front which makes it a very quiet and relaxing location but still within a 15 minute walk of the town centre with all its bars, clubs and restaurants. Our nearest golf course is within a 10 minute walk that overlooks Fistral beach. We are within approx a 10 minute walk of Lewinnick Lodge which has an excellent restaurant and bar with outstanding views or alternatively within a few minutes walk we have the Bay Hotel that allows non- residents to use their facilities which include sauna jacuzzi swimming pool gym all at a small charge. To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, which is a superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching horse riding or just getting away from the crowds on the main beaches and sunbathing.

The summers in the region are often warm with lots of sunshine making it a prefect destination for coastal walks or just relaxing on the beach.

Newquay has various attractions including Zoo waterworld skateboarding park indoor and outdoor bowling tennis and badmington courts golf harbour with diving and fishing excursions to name but a few. It also has an excellent nightlife with numerous restaurants and clubs and of course surfing. Within a short driving distance there is a wider range of activities including The Eden project and numerous themed parks for children.
