Entrance is into the large SITTING ROOM which has a wood burning stove, oak floor, tuned piano, comfy seating for 8, coffee table, TV with freeview, DVD player and a football table.

The hallway and several steps lead to the huge KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM which has a double height ceiling, exposed beams, slate floor, wood burning stove and a tri-fold door to the patio area. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern lacquered cream units, rangemaster gas hob with 5 burners, electric hotplate and 2 ovens, dishwasher, 60/40 fridge/freezer and a pull out larder. The dining area has a large table and 8 chairs and there is a sofa close to the wood burning stove.

There is a UTILITY room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also a WET ROOM with shower, WC and hand basin.

An INTEGRAL GARAGE allows for car parking or storing surfboards/bikes etc.

There are 3 bedrooms on the First Floor.

BEDROOM 1 has a Juliet balcony and overlooks the rear patio and garden. It has a king size bed and an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with a bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOM 2 has a king size bed, a bay window with seat and views of Market Street and the millennium garden.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower attachment, WC and basin.

A staircase (limited headroom) leads to the large A-frame ATTIC BEDROOM which is carpeted and furnished with 2 single beds, chest, bean bags and books and games making it an ideal space for teenagers.

There is a separate ANNEXE to sleep 2 (extra £100 per week), it is accessed externally from the patio area and has a single 3' bed with another pull out 3' single underneath which can be pushed together to make a 6' bed if required. There is an EN-SUITE SHOWER room with curved shower, WC and hand basin.

Garden & Parking

There is a patio area which can be accessed via the backdoor or the tri-fold patio doors from the kitchen - this area has a Mediterranean feel and is furnished with a table and chairs.

A steel staircase with a gate at the top leads to the second patio with a picnic bench and more seating beyond which there is a 200 foot lawn bordered by mature trees and shrubs. There are sea views at certain times of the year.

There is a secure integral garage and off road private parking for two small cars.

A gate leads to Castle Street from the lower patio.

2014 - Gas central heating and electricity is charged at £60 a week October to April and May to September £25 a week, please pay when booking

A basket of logs is provided, and more available locally.

One stairgate is provided.

No cot.

Bath towels may be hired for £3 per guest.

2 Pets are welcome but must stay downstairs on the hard surfaces. Stairgate provided.

Wifi without guarantee is available.

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is one of Britains National Trails. There are 15 in England and Wales and they represent the 15 best walking trails. There are three national trails in Wales, The Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way.

What makes the Pembrokeshire Coast Path so interesting is the variety of landscapes you pass through on your way along it, ranging from steep limestone cliffs, undulating red sandstone bays, volcanic headlands and flooded glacial valleys.
