Ty'r Waen Stables is situated on Ty'r Waen Farm. The farm has horses, chickens, rabbits and dogs. With easy access to the footpath & bridle path (50m), this property has endless activities to deliver for all ages and tastes.
Whether it's strolling along the country lanes and enjoying the scenery, hiking up steep slopes, mountain biking, bird watching or going for a long hack this property has it all.
Relaxation is the key word to this property but, if you want more, there are the bright lights of Cardiff within a 30 minute drive. Or drive through the countryside and explore some of the castles of Wales in Caerphilly, Raglan, Chepstow or Cardiff. The choice is yours!
The property is also available for those wishing to bring their horse on holiday as well at a cost; stable and grazing by arrangement.

There is an outdoor seating area with BBQ. Visitors are able to utilise all of the grounds (13.5 acres) except the owner's garden.

Conditions
A small well behaved dog is allowed, though not in the bedrooms, and should be kept on a lead around livestock.
Strictly no smoking.
50% of the rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your stay, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to your stay.

The Newport City / Mynyddislwyn area
The area of Mynyddislwyn is very quiet. A small village with one public house and a church.
The beauty of Mynyddislwyn is the stunning countryside and the views. For the more adventurous there is a Clay Pigeon Shooting ground within 2 miles.
The out-of-town shopping area at Festival Park, Ebbw Vale, is within a half hours drive. This also has a garden centre and an owl sanctuary.
