This beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow has been totally refurbished, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, the third room has bunk beds, all bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers giving plenty of storage for all of your belongings, the master and twin rooms both have full length mirrors. Pillows and Quilts are provided, we would ask that you provide your own pillow cases, quilt covers and sheets.
The totally refurbished kitchen includes full Oven with separate hob unit, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and automatic washing machine. Please supply your own tea towels.
Brand new bathroom includes electric shower over bath (please provide your own towels). Separate toilet.
Lounge/Diner is equipped with colour TV, freeview box with hard drive recorder, DVD player and Radio/CD player.
Good sized back garden is fully enclosed with plenty of room for eating outdoors, children to play etc. Garden furniture and barbeque will be available during spring/summer months.
The bungalow itself and the surrounding area is flat and wheelchair friendly but there is a step into the bungalow at the front door which is the only reason that the advert states it is not suitable for wheelchairs, this part of the advert was in the form of tick boxes and did not give the opportunity to explain this so although it might be difficult to use a power chair a manual wheelchair should not give any real problems.
You are more than welcome to bring one pet with you, please ask if you would like to bring more than one pet, thank you.
The Bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the small village of Roch which is situated just outside of Newgale.
Sorry because of the quiet location we cannot accept groups of young people, our location is more suited to families, thank you for your understanding.

Newgale Beach is less than 2 miles West with it's beautiful golden sands Newgale has Surf School facilities, Wetsuit and Surf Board hire, Cafes, Pub, easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the added bonus of numerous car parks. Newgale is a dog friendly beach all year round although there are some restrictions between Easter and the end of September.
Oakwood is the largest Theme Park in Wales and is a must for the whole family, about 25 mins by car, book online at http://www.oakwoodthemepark.co.uk/ for a 10% discount.
New for 2008 is the Blue Lagoon Water Park in nearby Narberth there is a rapid river ride and two enclosed flume rides which leave the coracle-shaped building and bring you back into the main swimming area at pool level. A lazy river ride also exits the building to a hot lagoon outside. There are large bubbling hot tubs inside for relaxation and fun and two interactive wet play areas – one for very young children, the other for the not-so-young.
Opening early 2009 is the new Leisure Centre in Haverfordwest, the main attraction has to be the fantastic swimming pool but there are plenty of other things to do including badminton, squash, sauna, indoor bowls, outdoor tennis, various ball and racquet hire is available, so on a wet day remember 10 minutes down the road there is still plenty to do.
March 2009 saw the arrival of the first Giraffes in Wales at Folly Farm just outside of Tenby, children of all ages will enjoy a visit, for more information go to http://www.folly-farm.co.uk/
The picturesque village of Solva is only a 15 to 20 minute drive away, it has many Restaurants, Pubs and Gift Shops, Solva Harbour has organised Boat and Fishing Trips, harbour side Pub with excellent food, children's play area and easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Children will love to pass the time crab fishing from the Harbour Wall. At full tide the Harbour provides a safe environment for Canoes, Dinghies and many an hour can be spent jumping into the water from the harbour wall, at low tide as you walk through the harbour it opens out into the most amazing beach.
St. Davids City Centre is only a 20 to 25 minute drive and is full of Gift/ Holiday Shops, Cafes and Restaurants, a trip to St Davids would not be complete without a visit to the historical Cathedral and the Bishops Palace.
There is a golf course just outside of Haverfordwest and another one just outside of St Davids on the road towards Whitesands, this one has amazing sea views from the actual course.
Newgale area
Although we say that a car is advised the bus service between Haverfordwest and St. Davids is excellent, buses run regularly throughout the day and the bus stop is only about 1 km from the bungalow, there is also an excellent coastal service which in itself is worth doing just for the views and it also provides easy access to nearby coves and beaches.

The market town of Haverfordwest is full of Shops, Supermarkets, Cinema, Swimming Pool, Library, Restaurants, Cafes, Sunday Market, Indoor Go Carting.
