A modern garden apartment nestled in the picturesque village of Abercych, situated in the Pembrokeshire Cych valley close to the borders of both Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire.
Within a short drive of many Blue flag beaches and the secluded sand coves of Cardigan bay, you will be spoilt for choice with miles of unspoilt coastline with an array of sea life. If you're lucky enough you may even spot a bottle neck dolphin!
Popular with hikers and cyclists alike the village of Aberych and surrounding areas have an abundance of lovely woodland and riverside walks coupled with fantastic scenery.
It's close proximity to both the Cych and Teifi river also makes this place a fisherman's haven with the quaint village of Cenarth located approx. 2.5 miles away, home to the Cenarth falls where Salmon are regularly seen leaping the cascade of waterfalls.
'The Nags Head' boasting a riverside location is within walking distance of the apartment offering an excellent selection of beers, hearty meals and a children's playground. Alternatively there is also 'The Penrhiw' where you can enjoy a good pint and a game of pool.
The nearest town is Newcastle Emlyn approx. 5 miles, a charming Welsh market town offering a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops, banks and a supermarket. In the opposite direction on the mouth of the river Teifi is Cardigan, a larger town with much to offer.
The modern garden apartment is a lower ground floor dwelling beneath owner's accommodation, benefiting from a private two tier garden terrace and provides high quality accommodation. Recently being constructed it offers 2 double bedrooms both benefiting from en – suite shower rooms, an open plan Lounge/well equipped kitchen area.
There is a wall mounted flat screen T.V and high quality furnishings to include a three seater sofa, small dining table and chairs, king size and double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and storage space etc.
Patio doors from all rooms lead to a landscaped 2 tier garden terrace equipped with sun loungers, patio table with parasol, 4 chairs and a BBQ.
Additionally there are further steps down to a large lawn area which is great area for relaxing or simply having an area for the children to play.

The coast as a whole varies greatly, from the sand-dune systems of Newport, Poppit and Gwbert to the rugged rocky shore of Cemaes Head, Cardigan Island, Mwnt and Llangranog, not to mention the two estuaries of the Afon Nefern and Teifi. Then there are the multitude of wooded valleys, which is spring and summer vibrate to the sound of singing birds.
Their are many tourist attractions near by such as Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park and Blue lagoon, your holiday here really can be as relaxing or active as you make it.

"Most comfortable and relaxing, highly recommended apartment"
