Cleughhead is a delightful, remote but very accessible cottage in a wonderful location surrounded by open moorland, hills and valleys. It stands by a stream overlooking its own loch. Trout fishing is available during the season. The cottage has been completely renovated and has wonderful walks in the surrounding hills. The Cheviot sheep flock were established on the farm in the 1820s and are your only neighbours. Dogs must be kept under strict control as sheep rearing area.

Kitchen/dining room with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, table and bench.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed.

Bathroom 1 with bath, over shower, WC, washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds.

Enclosed within field (periodically sheep graze). Oil central heating. All electricity, oil and starter pack of coal and kindling logs included in rent. Thereafter £3.50 per coal scuttle payable on departure. Bed linen to hire. Private parking. Cottage has a private spring water supply (filtered). Fishing available on request at £20 per rod per week (rod not included) during season mid March to start of October. Fishing also available at the private loch at Roughley Cottage at £40 per rod per week (rod not included).
