About the home

Quayside View sleeps up to 5 with one double bedroom and one bedroom with mezzanine double bed and single bed below.
The mezzanine bed is unsuitable for elderly guests or young children.
There is one travertine tiled bathroom with bath and Grohe double headed shower. There is an adjoining door between the two bedrooms which can be locked if required.The main bedroom benefits from a small but very sunny terrace.

The living area is the grandest in the apartment block with the highest ceilings.

Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for elderly or young children/babies since the building has no lift (the apartment is on the first floor and the communal stairway is very steep).
Quayside View is strictly non-smoking.

For groups of up to 9 booking together with River View apartment allows you to take over one full floor of the apartment building .

No early check in is possible.

Checkout time is 11 am.

Bookings cannot be taken over the phone - priority will always be given to e-mail enquiries.

Conditions

We require 25% deposit to secure the booking with the balance due 28 days before the stay.

Credit/debit cards not accepted. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

The Northern England / Northumberland region

As well as Newcastle and the quayside itself there are many other visitor attractions within the region.

Over the river in Gateshead you could enjoy the Victorian splendour of Saltwell Park as well as visiting our guardian Angel of the North.There are beautiful beaches at Tynemouth a short metro ride away or a bit further afield the stunning Northumberland coast boasts many attractions including Seahouses, Bamburgh Castle and Holy island.

Beamish open air museum is a great day out for the family as are the stately homes of Cragside and Wallington in Northumberland.

Durham with its famous cathedral is a short drive or train ride away.The Roman sites at Hadrians Wall and Segedunum (Wallsend) are also well worth a visit.

The Newcastle Upon Tyne / Quayside area

Newcastle's nightlife and cultural attractions are all within walking distance of the apartments.
