"Fantastic Stay in Kenilworth House Newcastle"

Just arrived back from a fantastic stay at Kenilworth Road Newcastle. The apartment is out of this world, its so spotless, modern and spacious. There is also a allocated parking spot which is good. It had every thing you needed for your stay. Every floor is tastefully decorated. There was a selection of DVDs for all ages and WiFi(My son was thrilled) I spoke to Nigel the owner several times before we arrived and he was very help full with information about restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment is only a short walk into Newcastle. You literately walk out of the door, turn left, then left again to the High level bridge and walk over it into Newcastle town center. We visited the Discovery Museum, Grey Street, Great North Museum and even did an open top bus tour, we would definitely recommend all of these. The two museums are free and you can spend hours in there and there for all ages. We traveled with my mum dad husband and our 14 year old son. We would definitely recommend Kenilworth house and if we ever return to Newcastle this is where we would stay, without a doubt.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments it was a pleasure so pleased you and your family had such a great stay in the North East and loved Kenilworth We hope you will return in the near future. Many thanks Nige & Michelle

"Beautiful apartment, very helpful owners!"

We loved this place. It was more like a house than an apartment and beautifully renovated to a very high standard. The owners were extremely helpful from the initial booking and we met Michelle in person when we arrived. She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were staying there as my eldest son was graduating from medical school and we didn't fancy staying in a hotel. We spent 2 nights there and could easily have stayed longer. It is also in a great location - a fairly short walk into the centre of Newcastle or a very quick taxi ride. It definitely has the wow factor - even our 13 year old (boy) was impressed with the place! Thank you very much Nigel and Michelle - if we are ever in Newcastle again we will definitely stay at Kenilworth!

Many thanks for your very kind words and comments delighted you and the family loved your stay in Kenilworth and the North East. Glad we were able to help in some small way to make your sons graduation special. We look forward to welcoming you again the next time you are in the UK and England. Kind regards Nige & Michelle

"Couldn't have been better."

Kenilworth House must be one of, if not, the very best place place to stay in Newcastle. I am from the area and stayed here with my Canadian Husband and his 2 children. Every person was very impressed with every aspect of the house. From meeting the hospitable owners to show me around the house on arrival, its brilliant location minutes walking distance from the City centre, to the high spec and beautiful house itself with its wonderful views. I have stayed in numerous apartments and hotels in the area and this is by far the very best.

Thank you so much for the lovely words and fab comments we were delighted you loved Kenilworth and so pleased you thought it was the perfect start to your married life. Enjoy your new life in Canada and hope you can stay with us again when you return back to the UK. Many thanks Nige & Michelle

"Fantastic base, stunning house and lovely owners"

I booked Kenilworth house to stay with my family for the week before my wedding. There was 5 adults and a baby and the house just suited us perfectly. The owner and his family were amazingly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. The house is really smart, clean and has everything you need. It's also a quick walk across the river from the bars and shops of newcastle. The only possible negative is that there is only one parking space with the house but up you can park across the road after rush hour and there are other places to park within a 5 minute walk (if that). We are very grateful to the owner and his family and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Many thanks for your lovely review and your very kind words. Delighted that we were able to help with you and your families stay prior to your big day and your start to married life. Reference the parking the council have just introduced a restriction for some reason from the hours of 9-11am Monday to Friday sorry for the inconvenience, but as you say there are many parking areas near by.

"Beautiful house, excellent facilities, perfect location, reasonably priced."

Nigel and Michelle are, without a doubt, the most friendly, accommodating and kind people to book with! We had a fabulous University reunion, with our every need catered for. The apartment has beautiful views, and is perfectly placed for walking into town and to and from the train station. The apartment is fully equipped with every mod-con, and beautifully decorated. Thank you for a great weekend! We have every intention on returning in the near future.

Hi thank you so much for your kind comments, just pleased we could help in a small way to make your stay special delighted you loved the apartment and Newcastle. Look forward to seeing you all again in the very near future. Nige & Michelle

I stayed with my husband ,daughter and son In law in Newcastle for 4 nights ,visiting my grandson who is studying at the University. The house was in a good quiet location , but close to the High Level bridge to walk across into city centre. .everything was in walking distance . The property was of a high standard including the decor and equipment .The owner Nigel was very pleasant and helpful , and allowing us to have a late check out as we had an evening flight , was appreciated.

Delighted you had a great time and pleased the family enjoyed the stay. Glad we we could help. Hope to see you again in the near future. Nige & Michelle

superb accommodation and great location. The owner couldn't have been any more helpful and we will definitely come again. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need with Wi-Fi, DVD's and docking stations. it was like booking into a good hotel with towels and toiletries provided. the owner was there to greet us on arrival and show us around and give instruction on how everything worked. We would definitely consider booking again on our next visit to Newcastle

This house is lovely, very stylish, clean and in a great location. Nigel the owner was a great host and helped us out with everything. The fact that you had the little things like washing stuff and salt and pepper was great. Just little touches made this property a great stay. Will defiantly be back.

Thank you for the kind comments,it was a pleasure look forward to seeing you all again soon. Nige & Michelle

"Can't say one bad word....."

I stayed here with 5 friends for a girlie weekend away and can’t say a bad word about it! Apartment – clean, modern, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. Location – great. Easy & quick walk into the town. Tesco’s express close by, quiet location with free parking & a short taxi ride from the train St. Owner – lovely. Helped before we arrived and when we were there and gave us great tips & things to do in Newcastle. I’ll defiantly be returning and staying here and will recommend to others.

Thank you for the lovely review, look forward to seeing you again soon it was a pleasure.
