About the home

Late availability 19th-21st dec due to cancellation.
River View sleeps up to 4 in one double bedroom and one combined living room/bedroom with bunk beds.

The living/bedroom area also has a flat screen LCD TV and a seating and dining area for up to 4 people. The views of the Tyne Bridge are truly spectacular.

The travertine tiled bathroom has a bath with Grohe shower over. The beautifully furnished bedroom has a double bed and from the large elegant windows there are wonderful views of the Tyne Bridge and river. There is a separate kitchen overlooking the quayside.

Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests since there is no lift and the communal hallway is very steep.

The Northern England / Northumberland region

As well as Newcastle and the quayside itself there are many other visitor attractions within the region.

Over the river in Gateshead you could enjoy the Victorian splendour of Saltwell Park as well as visiting our guardian Angel of the North.There are beautiful beaches at Tynemouth a short metro ride away or a bit further afield the stunning Northumberland coast boasts many attractions including Seahouses, Bamburgh Castle and Holy island.

Beamish open air museum is a great day out for the family as are the stately homes of Cragside and Wallington in Northumberland.

Durham with its famous cathedral is a short drive or train ride away.The Roman sites at Hadrians Wall and Segedunum (Wallsend) are also well worth a visit.

The Newcastle Upon Tyne / Quayside area

Newcastle's nightlife and cultural attractions are all within walking distance of the apartments.
