A rural retreat set amidst gently rolling hills, and yet within easy reach of some of the South of England's most important attractions, Little Park House is the perfect, convenient idyll. The tiny village of Brimpton, with its pubs, church and railway station nearby, sits seemingly unaware and certainly unaffected by the vibrant towns and historic cities nearby. Equidistant from Royal Windsor, Bath and Oxford, Little Park House is ideally placed to explore these world famous cities. Newbury Racecourse and Highclere Castle, the setting for Downton Abbey, are both within 15 minutes drive. Bucklebury, the heart of Kate Middleton Country, is also a short 15 minute drive away.
The house benefits from a large heated private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. The large terraced lawns are great for family games and with plenty of walks in the surrounding countryside it is a stunning location for a family gathering or celebratory weekend. The Grand Hall, at the heart of the house, is ideal for celebrations, comfortably seating up to 50 guests and caterers can be recommended.
The house comfortably sleeps 16 but can accommodate up to 20 and for larger parties of up to 25 there is also an interconnecting flat that can sleep up to an additional 5 guests. Please enquire for prices and availability.

Fully renovated and interior designed, the décor is both classical and elegant, with sumptuous curtains, soft furnishings and floors of antique oak, limestone or carpet. The heart of the house is the fully galleried Grand Hall, with huge glass skylight, off which all principal reception rooms and bedrooms are accessed. The Grand Hall can comfortably seat up to 50 people for a dinner and local caterers can be recommended.
The huge family kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped with 2 oven aga plus 2 oven electric aga, Miele microwave/combination oven and built in coffee maker plus twin fridges, freezer etc.
The bedrooms compliment the style of the house and many are very large, most with en-suite bathrooms. There are 7 bedrooms upstairs, with the possibility of a double bed being placed in one of the downstairs rooms to make another bedroom. There are also two sofa beds and 2 Z beds that can be used for larger parties. There is also a interconnecting flat with the house that can sleep up to a further 5 guests, that can be made available for larger parties. Just email us to discuss your party and how best they can be accommodated.
A full in house brochure will be supplied with the booking information of all the surrounding areas and attractions to help make the most of your stay.
The recently installed HD cinema room includes Blu-ray, Sky+ and xBox gaming on a grand scale. A multiroom/pool music system completes the entertainment.
Parking for up to 50 cars is easily accommodated.

The house has a dramatic drive that sweeps up to the house flanked by ancient lime trees. The house enjoys stunning distant views down an oak avenue over the south downs and Watership Down.
The gardens are set in 20 secluded acres and include a large private heated outdoor pool with a shallow end perfect for children. There is also a tennis court (old, but useable), climbing frame with swing and trampoline (no safety netting).
The large terraced lawns, suitable for the siting of a marquee, are also great for family games/football and with plenty of walks in the surrounding countryside it is a stunning location for a family gathering or celebratory weekend.
