There are two elevators in the building that can be accessible in the lobby or on your floor. A central laundry facility is located in the basement.

This is a pre-war brownstone building located in the best neighborhood in Manhattan, The "Upper West Side". Directly across from the Museum of Natural History and Central Park. There are two train and one bus line within walking distance or guests may experience the NYC City Cab by hailing one from outside the door. On Saturdays there are sidewalk vendors selling local crafts. There are many dining and entertainment establishes in the area to suite just about any taste.

Occupany is for 2 persons only plus on child. Guests will need to complete a short-term rental agreement. US Citizens can by by check or PayPal.

This property typically rents at least 30 days in advance.

No Pets

Strictly no smoking - violators will be evicted and forfeit their deposit and any remaining rents.

Refundable breakages deposit of $200 required in advance, to be refunded within 30 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Property not suitable for children under 5.

There is an elevator in the building however there is no wheelchair access into the lobby.
