About the home

The place is HUGE ! Bedroom 1 Faces the back of the building so it's much quieter than the street view has a original deco fireplace in the bedroom. Also features Top of the line king size bed ,night stand ,2 large dressers and a closet.

Bedroom 2 Faces the back of the building and has beautiful exposed brick walls, queen size bed , Dresser , night stand and large closet. Living room has 2 pull-out sofa beds , a dining table for 4 and a breakfast bar.

Kitchen has a little window to the breakfast bar and all the cookware and utensils you need to cook meals.
This is smack in the middle of the Theatre district.

You can walk to right outside your door and visit Rockefeller centre Trump Plaza, Radio City, St.Patrick's Cathedral, Central park, Fifth Avenue Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim and other famous cultural attractions on Museum Mile. MoMa, Central Park, Lincoln Centre, Theatre district, Times square.

We require a 30% Deposit to make a reservation. The balance is due on arrival along with a $500 damage deposit.

We have a 5 night Minimum unless we have any availabilities in between reservations.

We also manage other 2 bedroom apartments all over Manhattan so we can find apartment for any budget.

The New York region

New York state is situated on the east coast of the United States of America and is a famous gateway to the USA, a cultural centre and home of course to some of the most famous places in America.

The state is more than just a home to the Big Apple, there are vast National Parks including the Catskills (an area of roughly 700,000 acres of protected land) and the Montuak Point parks which are both great for families and are popular with locals and tourists alike.

The New York City / Manhattan area

Enjoy the many Restaurants, Bars, Broadway shows, Gugenheim museum, MOMA, St Patricks Cathedral, Rockefeller centre and everything else Manhattan has top offer. New York City at its finest. You will be able to walk everywhere in mid-town. Trains are just steps from the front door.

The City of New York is a fantastic and diverse destination with plenty of shopping to be found in the many department stores and bespoke boutiques around the city if you’re looking for something special. The theatres and shows are easy to get to and well worth a visit before heading out to one of the fabulous restaurants which we can recommend.

The historic docks are a welcome break if you are looking for something a bit different for the afternoon and a picnic in central park is a must! And of course we cannot forget the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building and Brooklyn Bridge which are just a few of the world famous sights that are bound to be on your ‘must see’ list and are perfect for the entire family.

“Great place in central location” As promised here is our review We stayed here for a month in December and enjoyed it very much, the apartment was spacious and clean which was our biggest concern as my wife is a clean freak and did not want to rent an apartment for this reason. Britney assured me everything would be spick and span and it was. Thanks for a great stay. We will be reccomending your company to our friends.
