A deposit of 2 nights rent is required to reserve the suite. One night's deposit is applied towards rent, the other night's deposit automatically converts into a security/damage deposit upon arrival and is refunded within 24 hours after departure.
The entire deposit is refunded upon cancellation, minus a $50 processing fee, if request is received as follows: 60 days before arrival - 100% 59 - 31 days before arrival - 50% 30 - 0 days before arrival - 0%
Deposits are accepted via the PayPal link on our website from all major credit cards and bank account direct debits.
The balance of your stay is due upon arrival in cash, not check.
A cleaning free of $70 is charged to all stays.

Guestbook for The Duplex Suite
"Nice stay in Brooklyn" Vince, France (March 2009) We spend 5 days in this place and really enjoyed it. We were 5 people, and with all the accommodations (2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom), it was a must). The place is really comfortable, very clean, fully equipped... The subway is at a 1 min walk, and you hit the heart of Manhattan after something like 20mins trip. The owners of the place are kind and they welcomed us very kindly. Go there, enjoy the place, and enjoy NYC!
Eliska, UK Five of us have just returned from staying at this amazing duplex. Everything was lovely and clean, the amenities were well maintained and the accommodation was exactly as you see it in the pictures. Marcia was just lovely and could not have done more for us. Brooklyn is a very good alternative to Manhattan, especially with the Subway being just around the corner (literally). The roof terrace was fabulous and I imagine that in the summer would make a fantastic setting for a few glasses of wine whilst watching the sunset. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be coming back for another visit!
