Our guests enjoy luxury amenities like 5* hotel linens and toiletries from The White Company in London, and Kiehl's in New York as standard. Every guest is also lent an iPhone for the duration of their stay which is stocked with local tips from the home's owner, and from which they can make free local calls.Services: Of course, we always go the extra mile. Just like a hotel, we're always available at the end of a phone while you're in town. Whether you need an extra toothbrush, a new hair dryer, a top tip for a West End show or a nanny for the night, just give us a call.

Kinda blueIf you start your day with The Sartorialist, if you like your music live and you're in a committed relationship with your iPad, then Norfolk Street is the home for you. This crisp condo's housed in an oasis of azure glass and steel. Inside, it's all about the large windows, the soft grey walls and buzzy art, and some spectacular rooftop views. Outside, you'll find the Lower East Side one of the most exciting parts of the city.Dedicated follower of fashionYour host is an accomplished marketing professional. He loves the sense of community in his neighbourhood, and can often be found putting the world to rights in local bars with friends. He's an avid snowboarder, and he's hoping that his skills will transfer to the world of surfing.Hipster beatThere's something a little bit L.A. about Norfolk Street, something that speaks of sunshine and uncrowded sidewalks, of battered trainers and lazy afternoons spinning vinyl. The furniture's modern with a retro twist, the black leather couch is luxurious, while the dining table seats at least four. The 'xecutiv' wall art was once owned by a celebrity neighbour, and the kitchen's chrome gleams. When you're done with your host's books and the large TV, you'll find the bathroom to be white and minimalist, and filled with our Kiehl's toiletries. The aesthetic in the pared-back bedroom is almost Japanese, with its pale wood floor and simple lines. But before you turn in, be sure to explore the roof, with its large patio, charcoal barbeque grill and views across the city.Hit the streetsYou'll love the energy of this part of town, there's a spirit of creativity here that you just can't find elsewhere in Manhattan. You will, of course, be visiting Katz's Deli, for pastrami on rye so good, and so vast, that you'll feel you may never eat again. But save some space for dinner at WD-50, where you can sample a New York take on molecular gastronomy, or, for more hearty fare, try for a booking at the boisterous Sons of Essex.
