The Empire State Building is 4 blocks away and a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Take a ride up the Empire state Building to the 102nd floor observatory 1,050 feet, 320 meters high and get a 360 degree view of New York City.

A world famous 19,500 seat arena hosting events such as basketball games, symphony's, operas, concert's, or one of many other venues is located at the Starting point of 31 Street between 7 Avenue and 8 Avenue.

The Madison Square Garden is 5 blocks or 6 minutes walk from the apartment. Stroll and relax in this unique park and may catch one of the frequent events featured at the park such as art display, kids festival, outdoor concert, and book reading. It is located at the starting point of Madison Avenue between 26 Street and 25 Street.

Herald Square is about 6 blocks or an Eight minute walk from the apartment. Walk along Broadway in this retail zone for stores such as the world's largest Macys, now named the Manhattan Mall. Its situated at the Starting point of Broadway between 33 Street and 34 Street.

Times Square is 14 blocks or an 18 minute walk from Brownstone In Midtown. Take a walk through the Times Square and gaze at the huge number of animated neon and led signs whose density rivals those of Las Vegas… Stop at one of the numerous numbers of theaters located throughout the Theater District hosting some of the world's most prestigious shows… There are also many shops and diners to stop in as you stroll past the towering skyscrapers. Spend the afternoon ice skating outdoors, in the audience of NBC's Today Show, taking the Radio City Tour, watching the annual Christmas tree display, shopping at world class retail stores or eating at one of the many restaurants at this hub of activity located in New York City's midtown. The area is situated at the Starting point of 49 Street between 5 Avenue and 6 Avenue.

"Spacious home in great location!"
