This apartment is the perfect place for you and up to five others to stay while visiting New York. It is an entire 2nd floor of a 19th century landmark townhouse. You'll enjoy the high ceilings, pine floor, antique details a sunny living room and two bedrooms distant enough from one another to allow privacy.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed that is composed of two joined twin beds. If need arises the joined beds can be separated.
There is also a a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom with a full size bathtub/shower and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The flat overlooks a scenic beautiful garden with table and benches, and is located on a tree lined street just two blocks away from all your shopping and restaurants needs.
At the same time you have quick, easy access to Manhattan via subway.
The G train is a short walk (5min) away from house. The L train(10min-15min)
The new "East River Ferry" is a 5 minute walk from the apartment! It gets you to midtown Manhattan in 5 minutes, and to Wall Street in 15 minutes.
If you choose to bring your car, I have private off-street parking available--free of charge. It is located right across the street from the apartment.
We live downstairs if you need assistance.
