Just like a hotel, we're always available at the end of a phone while you're in town. Whether you need an extra toothbrush, a new hair dryer, a top tip for a West End show or a nanny for the night, just give us a call.
The New York region
With its converted lofts, continental cafes and some of the best dining in the city, the sought-after triangle of lower Manhattan is known for its leisurely adagio pace. After a dance through the town, pirouette your way back home and leap into a space as graceful as a painting by Degas.
New York City
Melting potThe warmth of India, the spice of Morocco, the redoubtable spirit of Great Britain, all wrapped together in a New York embrace ' that's North Moore Street. Bright, smart, and furnished with pieces from all across the globe, you'll find this modern, open-plan space comfortable and laid-back, with lots to look at. And the same goes for Tribeca, bordered by the Hudson on one side, and Canal Street on the other. Peaceful, pretty, and boasting a number of Manhattan's best restaurants, you'll soon see why some of the city's most affluent residents have chosen to call it home.Intrepid explorersYour hosts are entrepreneurs who've just returned to the USA after a spell in London. A cosmopolitan pair, with a gorgeous little girl, it's no accident that you can see the Statue of Liberty from their home. They may have seen the world's wonders, but they couldn't be happier to have sailed back into New York.Ticket to rideA stay here is like going on a journey, and you won't even have to put your shoes on. The kitchen's designed for chefs of passion; indeed, we think that the profusion of gadgets and utensils would please even the fussiest Parisian. The iron dining table was custom-built in London from Sheffield steel, while the coffee table was crafted from old railway sleepers. The hammered shelves are from India, and there's a whole universe inside each and every book. Snuggle down on the couch and put on the TV, or step out onto the balcony for a view with more drama than even HBO can muster. The sunny master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and before you turn in, be sure to investigate the lamps, made from petrol containers in the markets of Marrakech. The bathroom holds a shower, bathtub and oodles of our Kiehl's toiletries, as well as a big heap of fluffy white towels. And then there's the nursery, a space so scrummy you'll want to eat it all up, with its lilac rug, crib, and a toy box hailing all the way from London's Portobello Road.Return tripWalk or jog by the Hudson, brunch at Bubby's, or head off for an afternoon exploring Tribeca's charming cobblestone streets and hip galleries. Dinner can be as ritzy as Nobu or as low-key as Walker's; either way, you'll find yourself rubbing shoulders with well-scrubbed young families, glamorous singles, and perhaps even the odd Hollywood A-lister. And when you want to turn up the heat, walk up to Soho, perhaps, or nip over to nearby Chinatown.
