Non Smoking Apt. It consists of a large well equipped/outfitted loft apt, with complete cooking and service for 4-6 with 2 sleeping areas. It has 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another smaller bed area is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double sofabed in the living area. The sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid partition wall (ceilings12') and from the living area by sliding fabric panels. Nicely furnished, private laundry and computer use and completely outfitted service for 6.It also has a double sofabed. IDEAL for traveling families with children. Apt. is located on a quiet block in lower Manhattan (Tribeca) Oher options available.
This downtown location is ideal, in one of New York's hottest most up to the minute areas, with many outstanding 4* restaurants. Much celeb spotting, as Tribeca is major film area.

The New York region

Lower Manhattan is a 19th century historic architectural district, with many cast iron and granite building facades. Many of the early wide cobblestone streets are still used. Much of the manufacturing buildings that had made NY famous have been restored and converted to chic housing. It is walkable to the 9/11 site which is now a principal tourist mecca, as well as the restaurants and boutiques of Tribeca and Soho and the art galleries of chelsea.
This is the trendiest area in NY right now and home to NY's famous film industry, with much celeb spotting. It is a 5-10 minute subway ride to midtown shopping, theater and museums.

the fabulous restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Park, right along the river,
where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths w/o cars, that go all the
way up town,as well as several waterfront parks. One block from express subway. 10 minutes to Lincoln Centre/museums. theatre, shopping.There are tennis courts, mini golf, playgrounds, ping
pong, bike rentals,batting cages and incredibly along the nearby Hudson River Park. corner. Supermarket, shopping nearby within walking, distance. The area is extremely family friendly / safe at all hours.

Any fees associated with incoming payments are deducted from security return.
