A large and beautifully designed 2 bedroom/ 2 bath completely furnished loft apt.in lower Manhattan(Tribeca), that can sleep up to 7. it is about 2000 sq. ft. with soaring ceilings. Walking distance to Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca, Chinatown, Lower East Side. Historic 19th century landmark district in lower Manhattan's premier art& film-making centre, with much celeb spotting. Family friendly with charming wide 19th century cobblestone streets for easy walking, with express subway on next block,10 min. to midtown and easy access to museums. theater, great shopping, Surrounded by many world class restaurants and upscale boutiques/shops & galleries. Supermarket nearby with neighborhood safe at all hours. Perfect for families as there are 2 living rooms and a children's only playground nearby. If calendar is booked, contact for other apt options. Grocery shopping right nearby.

This spacious loft apt has a front and rear seating plan, with cable TV in both rooms. There is one queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in another bedroom, with one additional twin bed and a double sofa-bed in the front living room and there are two separate living rooms in front and rear of the apt, which is nice when traveling with friends/family. It is completely outfitted/equipped, so guests can travel light. All linens, soaps, hairdryer, paper products, kitchen spices and much more provided. Cable, private laundry and internet/wireless (included).
It is actually 2 apartments in one and if only a couple, we can sometimes make the rear 1 bedroom apt available. Contact for more details and photos.

Rates Listed Are For 4 Guests, With Any Additional Guests @ $75. Per Night Each at time of booking.....Daily and weekly rentals available(2 night minimum .)
Booking deposit of 1/3 required to hold dates, with full balance completed 60 days before arrival and 90 days before spring arrivals. Within 60 days to arrival, payment is non refundable (except security), unless property is rerented. if rerented, booking is refundable for re-rental dates and only a $200 cancellation fee is then charged. Within 30 days of arrival, payment is non refundable.We do not absorb any fees associated with payment method and such fees will be deducted from security return. “Fabulous apartment, brilliant location” We rented this for a girls long weekend - shopping and siteseeing. It was perfect in everyway. The apartment was huge, beautifully clean and really well equipped. Just around the corner was the a great lttle supermarket that had absolutely everything you could need and was open all hours We walked everywhere as the apartment was just a few yards from the bottom of Broadway. Masses of really great restaurants right on your doorstep. We really looked forward to heading back to the apartment when we were exhausted from shopping - it was a great place to chill out and loads of space to sit chatting. It's far far better than a hotel! Response: Always nice to hear that guests enjoyed their visit and that the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable vacation, as we try to plan it that way.

This apartment was clean, well-organized and in a great location. Franklin is a relatively quiet street, so noise was minimal. Also, the way it was laid out, with one living area/bathroom/bedroom separated from the other by a hallway, made it like two apartments in one - ideal for friends travelling together but who want privacy.

This loft apartment is better than advertised. the owners also went out of their way to assist us with luggage storage before/after check out time. subway and taxi access was a cinch, and many places were an easy walk. Richard, from Bakersfield.

It was a great joy for us living in your apt the last days: a private art gallery in Tribeca. We walked several times along the Hudson river and to Ground O, also at night. Battery Park is nice.Our biking day was super. Over Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge crossing Chinatown and Tribeca to the Hudson and up to Central Park. The bikes were hired near the departue peer for Ellis Island.
We visited several museums; Metropolitan and Moma where great.
We even went to Harlem to visit friends and had an evening in the Apollo theater.
We hope to come back one day.
