Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend, home from home whilst working, trip away with the new baby or a fun holiday this is a lovely place to stay.

With a full refurbishment recently completed this apartment has a super south facing living room with period fireplace, cornice and bow ended wall. This makes a wonderful place to relax after a long day shopping or sight seeing. There is a comfortable sofabed within the larger of the 2 sofas and a dining table to enjoy a bite to eat.

There is a relaxing quiet bedroom with Kingsize bed and ample storage and additional hanging storage in an adjacent cupboard.

The new bathroom has a power shower and bath to revive and relax.

The dining kitchen is fully equipped and has a lovely window seat to sit at and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine whilst preparing something delicious.

With so many great attractions from the Castle to the recently reopened The National Portrait Gallery and break-taking views from the top of Arthurs's Seat you may need a second visit to enjoy more of the city.

The feel of the apartment is elegant and light with a lovely blend of traditional and contemporary finishes.

This is a ground floor apartment and has one small step at the pavement entrance. Prams and wheelchairs can be left in the communal hall if you wish. Wheelchair users may gain access with assistance however, the apartment has not been fully adapted for restricted mobility or wheelchair users.

We will always try to assist you with any special requirements and we offer baby facilities for hire with some being already included.

The Edinburgh region

Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland and one of Europe's most beautiful capital cities. This makes it a great destination for a city break at any time of year.

With so much history and it's amazing backdrop to the events throughout it really is a city to see time and time again.

New Town

New Town was built in the mid-to-late 18th Century, in response to overcrowding in what is now known as the Old Town. Edinburgh’s New Town is elegant with it's Georgian architecture which is neo-classical in style with large sash windows and high ceilings producing quite spacious houses.

The New Town is home to the National Gallery of Scotland, the Scottish National Portrait Gallery and Edinburgh's main shoping streets including Princes Street, George Street and Harvey Nichols off St Andrew's Square.

During the Festival you can enjoy easy access to many of the venues and galleries nearby - ‘The Stand Comedy Club’, Jools Holland's Jam House, The Playhouse and many more are also nearby.

Edinburgh is easy to get to by air, train, bus or car and Forth Street is well positioned. The Airlink Bus Service stops only a short walk away, Waverley Train and St Andrews Bus stations are also within easy reach of the apartment and taxis are always available too, you can hail them on the street as well as at main taxi ranks dotted around the city.

"Bright, high ceilings, immaculate, central!"

My friend and I visited the Forth Street Apartment over the Edinburgh Marathon Festival Weekend as we were both taking part.

The flat is very central so it was perfect for us and convenient as we walked around everywhere.

The whole flat is immaculate and so clean but the simple and stylish décor enhances the neat, tidy, spacious flat.

Wanda is so friendly and easy to reach. Any question we had Wanda responded immediately.

I really could have asked for more and I will definitely be staying here when I next visit Edinburgh.

"Brilliantly located, gorgeous apartment with all you need"

The service from the owner is excellent, really efficient and extremely helpful. Good price too. The apartment is stunning, tall ceilings, decorated really beautifully, really comfortable sitting room and bedroom, plus everything you need in the kitchen.

Its located just off Broughton Street which has plenty of places for drinking and eating and is just around the corner from the shopping centre with John Lewis and Harvey Nics. 5 - 10 minute walk takes you to Princes Street, so everything really is on the doorstep. We walked down the Leith Road to a restaurant one night which was only a few minutes walk too.

It really felt like a lovely home, very welcoming, everything you could need.

"Great location and very convienient to central Edinburgh"

We stayed for a week while attending my daughters wedding. Very close to main attactions and we walked to most places. Great bars restaurants Tescos butchers so you have many options. The house is very well appointed with everything you could wish for. The front room is light and great if the sun shines. The light sofa and carpets require you to remove boots and watch dirt when it rains or snows. Qe enjoyed our yime there and would return if available.
