Number 19A is a bright and airy apartment on the lower floor of a traditional Georgian building right in the centre of historic Edinburgh, less than 2 minutes walk from Princes Street, yet peaceful and quiet.

The spacious bedroom houses a huge super-king sized bed made up with high quality linen, the walls are pastel Farrow and Ball, the lined curtains are silk. Fluffy bathrobes and towels await. The living room is a large airy space with high ceilings, oak floor and furnished with a combination of classical and contemporary furniture. Free wifi is provided along with a blu ray dvd player and freesat, smart tv. The kitchen has every modern facility, dishwasher, washing machine and high quality cutlery and crockery. Finally, the kitchen provides access to an intimate private patio area. Perfect for an al fresco breakfast or pre-dinner glass of wine and a rare find in a city centre location!

New to the market in 2014 the apartment been has completely redecorated and furnished to create a unique, comfortable and spacious city centre base for couples who require an alternative to the standard, small and anonymous hotel room. "The perfect apartment."

Perfect place to stay in a great location. Apartment was large and luxurious.Attention to detail was the key , from meet and greet from Mike,information given before stay to a chilled bottle of bubbly waiting in fridge.Everything we needed was provided. 100% better than a hotel.Hope to visit again soon . "Couldn't fault it - a wonderful stay"

We have stayed in a few apartments in Edinburgh & I have to say this is the best. It's close to the centre of town and ideally placed for shopping and sightseeing. The furnishings, fittings & decoration are of a high quality & cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is spot on. From bath robes & fluffy towels to a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge to welcome us. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.
