Country walks on site as well as hill walking nearby. The owner lives on site and has a few pets, pot bellied pig (Percy), ducks, chickens, cat and dog. A great countryside retreat with easy access to New Ross, Waterford and the beautiful beaches of Wexford.

Ballagh was originally built in the early 19th Century. The farmhouse was added to over a number of years, along with the outbuilding to create a courtyard effect. It was a fully working farm until 1982. You approach the development down a 300 metre tree lined avenue. The farmhouse and outbuildings have been tastefully restored by its present owners, who live on-site, creating a perfect blend of olde world and contemporary. To the rear of the buildings is a car parking area, swings slide picnic area and BBQ all for communal use. Also, there are bicycles available (helmets not supplied)
Located in the heart of Wexford, the sunny south east, and within 30 minutes drive of numerous beaches and excellent fishing and may tourist attractions.
Many festivals take place locally throughout the year -
Enniscorthy Strawberry Fair
Black Stairs Blue Grass festival
New Ross Dunbrody festival
Wexford Opera festival
A very safe area for families with a children's play area, away from the road and the friendly pot bellied pig (Percy) plus chickens and ducks.
