'Beachley' is a lovely detached bungalow in a peaceful location near the sea & golf course. This detached bungalow has proved to be a real favourite with holidaymakers. It is situated approximately 1/3 mile from the sandy shores of the Romney Bay and 2/3 mile from the Town of New Romney with its amenities. 'Beachley' is well maintained and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 persons. There is a lounge with colour TV and DVD player, video recorder and electric fire, dining room with table & chairs & Tv, conservatory with more comfortable seating and well equipped kitchen. There is a bath/shower room and 3 bedrooms, two double (one with an en-suite shower & WC) and one with a two single beds (one having a pull out bed under). All beds are equipped with Duvets.
There is ample parking and a car port. The lovely enclosed rear garden has a summer house and small pond with protected metal cover (parents of small children please beware). Gas and electricity are included in the rental.
BED LINEN is available for £30. Please let us know if you require it. Please bring your own TOWELS, etc.

St. Pancreas Station with access to London is one hour away via the fast train.

The South East England region
'Beachley' St. Andrews Road, Littlestone is about a mile from New Romney. The beach is about 800 yards with views from Dover to Dungeness with occasional glimpses of the French coast. The beach is ideal for bathing, playing, kite flying, wind surfing, land yachting & beach fishing. There are local shops and public houses within 1 mile. Sainsbury's supermarket is in New Romney along with a selection of small shops, cafes and antique shops. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway is about 1/2 mile away. There are several restaurants near by. The famous Littlestone golf course is about 500 yards away. Dungeness is well known for sea fishing as well as its lighthouse which can be climbed and there is a RSPB bird reserve and fresh water fishing lakes. In Lydd there is a water sports centre with wind surfing, power boat racing and go carting. Other attractions in the area include Dover Castle, Bodiam Castle, Hever Castle, Sissinghurst, Hastings and Canterbury with its shops & Cathedral.
Golf: Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance. You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play. No handicap certificate is required. There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too. Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a greenside bunker.
Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire (£5 per hour) and the sea is only a few minutes walk away.
All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at our friendly, well stocked Pro's shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trolleys and equipment can be hired from the shop. They operate a Loyalty Card Scheme which offers 6 rounds of golf for the price of 5.
Fees for a round of golf at Littlestone Warren are:
£22.00 Midweek (£35 per day)
£27.00 at Weekends and Public Holidays (£40 per day)
£12.00 Special Twilight Rate*
£5 Midweek (£8 per day)
£8 at Weekends and Public Holidays (£12 per day)
