New Forest / Lymington area
Keyhaven is a quiet coastal village overlooking the Solent. From here you can see splendid coastal views across to Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight. It was once an important port particularly for the salt trade. Keyhaven is now a quiet haven for yachting, fishing, birdwatching and walking via the marshes.
It is just a few minutes from the village of Milford on Sea which holds many activities on the village green throughout the year. The seafront of Milford on Sea is then just a few minutes from the village centre.
A short drive takes you to the market town of Lymington with its variety of shops and eating places, with a cobbled walk down to the quay and marinas. A 10-15 minute drive takes you into the New Forest National Park ideal for walking, cycling or driving through.
