The cottage has 3 bedrooms including a lovely attic bedroom and also a garden room/conservatory with views into the substantial garden.
It has recently been completely renovated and extended with new shower rooms, bathrooms and refitted kitchen and carpets etc. Finished in October 2008.
Outside there is a patio area with chairs/table and good sized lawned garden. There is also a garage with ample parking both in the driveway and outside the property.

The Central Southern England / Hampshire region
Hampshire is a beautiful area with great access to the beaches of the south coast (within 3/4hr), Isle of Wight and the new forest. The cottage is also very near to the market town of Salisbury and also driving distance to Stonehenge the world heritage sight.
The nearest port would be either Southampton, Portsmouth or Weymouth.
New Forest / Downton area
The New forest is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the smallest National park which boasts many animals including the famous new forest pony and deer. It was once a royal hunting ground for King William 1st. It is a rare area of both heath lands, woodlands and is superb for walkers, cyclists and riders.
It is also within driving distance to many Dorset beaches including sandbanks, Highcliffe, Mudeford and Poole (around 3/4hr). Also the world heritage site of stonehenge, Paultons Bark, Bealieu, Longleat and easy reach to Southampton and Portsmouth.
How to get there
The cottage is in a village called Red Lynch which is around 1 mile from picturesque village of Downton which has all amenities. It is also around 2 miles from the New Forest and also near to the market town of Salisbury.

There is a double bed in the attic room. On the first floor is a king sized bed in one room and next door boats 2 single beds. There is also ample storage for clothes etc in the bedrooms
All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is gas central heating/water. There is also a gas fire in the lounge.
The lounge has a good sized TV and DVD player which will also pay CDs.
The cottage also has a telephone which will receive incoming calls.
