Mole hill Cottage has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room downstairs with full cooking facilities. Upstairs is a bedroom and en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out chair bed which is suitable for a young child and there are two sofa beds in the lounge. Outside there is a large patio area with patio furniture overlooking the lawned garden. The property is situated just outside the main village which has a post office and general store. There is a choice of country inns within a 5 minute drive. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside and the beautiful New Forest is only 5 minutes drive while the beaches on the South Coast can be reached in 30 minutes.

Avon Farm is 5 minutes outside the New Forest where the ponies and cattle roam freely over the beautiful countryside. Visit the World Heritage site of Stonehenge to see the ancient stone circles, the medieval cathedral of Salisbury, the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Animal and Bird sancturies and many other places of interest all within easy driving distance.
New Forest / Fordingbridge area
Fordingbridge is a traditional riverside town situated on the edge of the New Forest and lies between the market towns of Ringwood and Salisbury. Many country shows and events take place throughout the Summer in the surrounding area.

Fly to Bournemouth or Southampton Airports - Avon Farm is approximately 20 to 30 minutes drive from either airport. By car we are 5 minutes from the main A338 road running from Ringwood to Salisbury.
