About the home

Apple Court Cottage is ideally for a central touring area of the South Coast, being less than a mile from the sea at Hordle Cliff directly opposite the Needles on the Isle of Wight.
The Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for four people, consisting of two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin.They share an upstairs bathroom with bath and power shower. Bedding and towels are supplied. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen. The dining room is beautiful with French doors opening onto the main garden. There is a lovely conservatory/lounge which opens into the Cottage garden. There is also a downstairs wc.

The cottage is set within the famous garden of Apple Court. This is truly a plantsman's paradise with a White Garden, Japanese Garden with koi carp pond, Fern Walk, Cottage Garden, Hosta Borders, display daylily beds, plus exotic borders and much more.
You will be free to roam at leisure.

There is ample secure parking.

Apple Court Cottage is situated in one of Hampshire's finest private gardens. This is truly a plantsman's paradise with a White Garden, Japanese Garden, Fern Walk, Cottage Garden, Hosta borders, display daylily beds, plus plus exotic borders. Guest are free to roam at leisure.

It is ideally situated for a central touring area of the South Coast, being less than a mile from the sea at Hordle Cliff directly opposite the Needles on the Isle of Wight. It is 4 miles from the bustling riverside town of Lymington to the East, Christchurch with it's beautiful Cathdral and Bournemouth with it's famous beaches are to the West, and the glorious New Forest is 3 miles to the North.

The New Forest offers a wealth of attractions that offer all types of activities for most types of taste. The obvious attraction that most people will come to the forest for is the outstanding natural beauty and wildlife, however there is so much more to see and do in the forest that you may have to stay a little longer than you originally thought!

For the adventurous, daring and very brave the adventure parks are always an exciting option.

Those wanting to discover some of the heritage in the forest may want to check out some of the numerous museums, galleries and incredible gardens in the forest.

If you just want to relax then why not stroll around one many castles or manors in the area followed by a relaxing amble along the many miles of beach.

If you have a bit more energy you could always hire a bike and really discover the forest in the best way possible. With many miles of car free cycle tracks you can get up close to the real forest and to the wildlife, but not too close, they might bite!
