Quaint country cottage set in the grounds of the owners' home. Luxuriously high standard and the property has been tastefully decorated throughout by the owners. Outside area for sitting and eating, off road parking for two vehicles and with electrically gated access. Accommodation comprises of sitting room, small kitchen area with double bedroom off which is a bathroom with shower over the bath.
Lymington is a short drive (or cycle) away and the New Forest is within easy access for walks and cycling.

The Central Southern England / Hampshire region
Hampshire is famous for The New Forest which is now a National Park, the coast is nearby with access to the Isle of Wight. The Georgian market town of Lymington is a must. Bournemouth and Southampton are both approximately 30 minutes drive in opposite directions.
New Forest / Nr Lymington area
Lymington town offers a Saturday market and access is from here to Isle of Wight, via a 30min ferry ride. Exbury Gardens and Beaulieu Motor Museum are close by, together with the Forest villages of Sway and Brockenhurst. The New Forest Show is an annual event and is held between Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst during the month of July. This year is 29th - 31st July 2008 This area offers numerous miles for walking, cycling or horse riding.

13 miles from M27 Junction 1 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.
Southampton and Bournemouth airports are both within 40 mintues drive.
