We provide everything you'll need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There is free wifi access and free access to Netflix (online film service) - perfect for an evening unwind.

The owner, an interior designer, offers an extremely well-presented property in neutral colours with an elegant and attractive style. The elegant style and attention to detail makes the apartment a real pleasure to come home to. Every room is a delight.

The location is unbeatable! With its perfect position overlooking Lymington High Street (SO41 9EP), it offers convenience, high standards of living and comfort.

A good range of shops and a large choice of restaurants and bars are a step away. Several supermarkets are on hand (including a Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, and Waitrose).

LOCATION AND AMENITIES:

Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the immediate vicinity. The harbour is a five minute walk away. Parks, an open air swimming pool and leisure centre are located close by.

The location gives easy access to the delightful towns, villages and wildlife of The New Forest. Brockenhurst train station (direct line to Waterloo) is one stop from Lymington Town Station.

A regular bus service connects Lymington to surrounding towns.

Bournemouth with its huge stretch of golden sand beaches is a 45 minute drive.

The Isle of Wight is an easy day trip direct on the ferry from Lymington (either as a car or foot passenger).

Central London can be reached by car in 1.5 hours.

"Beautiful clean apartment in centre of Lymington"

We were so pleased with our stay at this apartment in Lymington. It's right in the centre of the high street so very convenient yet we did not find it to be noisy, even on market day (Saturday).

3 bedrooms, very comfortable beds and tons of wardrobe space. Very well equipped kitchen and more mod-cons than you would expect. We were staying with our 4 month old baby (in Moses basket) so made use of the Netflix and DVD library for cosy nights in under a blanket on the sofa.

Very homely with lamps and electric candles everywhere. Decor was very high standard. Even has a tv in the bathroom, being a new mum, a long soak in the gorgeous big bath was a real treat.

Lymington itself is lovely town, we made use of the fish and chips and Indian takeaways just a few meters away - recommend both!

All in all would definitely stay here again if we fancied a trip to the New Forest.

"Luxury apartment right in the centre."

I have just visited Lymington with a couple of friends and had a wonderful stay at this luxury apartment. Having a reserved parking space was a real bonus as we were in the centre of the town. This is not your standard holiday rental it has the flexibility of a apartment but with the feel of a boutique hotel. Everything is top quality and the furniture is very comfortable which is great for watching TV after a night out. If I come back to this area for a break, this is the accommodation i will book.

"Beautifully designed apartment at a great location."

Stayed in the flat for three nights last week as a base to visit Isle of Wight and new forrest,and impressed by the clean and stylish flat. Right on the high street, and plenty of restaurants around. recommend.

"Charming property"

Very nicely decorated property in a perfect location. Situated in the High Street but overlooking a quiet courtyard. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment and would definitely like to stay again

"Absolutely perfect!"

Regular visitors to Lymington for over 10 years we are thrilled to have discovered this delightful and most impressive apartment. Luxuriously and beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious and very well appointed, we could not fault it. Add to this it's perfect central location, private parking and an extremely helpful owner, we know we have found our perfect bolt hole and cannot wait to return.

"Amazing apartment - a lovely weekend break"

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, it is lovely, clean and very nicely decorated. You are made to feel very welcome, and the position on the high street is perfect for going out in the evenings. The only issue was the 9am drilling wake up call on the Saturday morning, but once the building work has been completed we would happily come and stay here again.
