This is completely separate from the main house. A door from the garden leads to a central room with large patio doors looking directly onto the river and leading out to decking overhanging the river bank. A small sofa bed and chairs make this a great room to sit in and watch the wildlife on the river.
The bedroom has a self contained kitchenette with fridge, cooker and hob. There is an extremely comfortable double bed, dining table and chairs. There is ample storage behind large mirrored full width sliding doors. The hot tub room leads off of the central room. "Fantastic place for a family celebration"
We rented old bridge cottage for a long weekend to celebrate my parents' ruby wedding anniversary. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay with plenty of space for the 6 kids and 8 adults. The hot tub was a particular hit with the children! The location of the cottage is superb and within 5 mins drive of moors valley and walking distance into town. I would highly recommend old bridge cottage for family gatherings (or any other occasion).
Glad that you had a great time. Old Bridge Cottage is especially good for family and group gatherings with it's sauna, hot tub, pool, fishing and space.
