The cottage benefits from its own private decked terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed, a fully equipped & modern kitchen, 3 large bedrooms & a spacious living & dining area where a traditional french fireplace holds a prime position.

Renovated in the true Correzien style, with stone walls, wooden floors and a cosy atmosphere.

Neuvic area

Neuvic is an area of great natural beauty, where the upper Dordogne and its principal tributaries flow between steep wooded banks and where a wealth of flora & fauna exists.

Keen fishermen will find plenty to interest them, including the national competition of cockerels, whose feathers are used for fly fishing, which takes places every year on the 1st May in Neuvic.

Neuvic offers a wide range of sporting activities, in this green & healthy environment - walking, cycling, horse-riding, golf, tennis etc.

The Triouzoune lake is a perfect spot for all water-based activities and its beach received the prestigious 'pavillon bleu' label, an initiative which reflets the quality and preservation of the site.
