A spacious property for 5 guests you can enjoy superb lake views from either of the 2 balconies, enjoy lunch in your private garden or relax in the comfortable living room. The villa provides a real "home from home" atmosphere from the lake view terrace with the emphasis on space and comfort. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all home comforts, the lounge with tv and dvd.
The lake itself is very accessible either from the boat stop in Nesso or from Como city itself. Bellagio is only a short drive futher up the lake for those who like to partake in a little art, silk or leather shopping. Many villa's such as Carlotta (magical gardens) or Balbianello (james bond)are just a boat ride away. Milan & Switzerland are just over an hours drive. The Villa itself is only 10 minutes walk to the lake and 3 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. However you may prefer to visit your local store,select some fresh seasonal produce and rustle up a feast for you to enjoy on the balcony. After all panoramic lake views like these will feed you with memories to last a lifetime!

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
Lake Como is situated in the northern region of Lombardy, famous for its cuisine (risotto), Industry and fashion (Milan)however within the midst of the region is the jewel of the lombardia-Lake Como.
