Home description
No need for a packed lunch, you're right on the beach! Light and airy, Air-Conditioned Studio with large windows and a terrace facing Westwards to capture the sunsets. Sofa Bed, TV and generous kitchen facilities including Microwave with grill, toaster, kettle and fridge with plenty of cupboard space. Everyday groceries are available all day five minutes walk away. Make your own meals here, if you want!
The Complex is new and is well maintained by permanent and helpful staff and offers 24/7 security. Car parking is free and is also within the security boundary. The sea is calm here as it is protected by a reef and the sand is fine and soft. Sun bathing and swimming are great experiences, and there are bars and restaurants on hand to relax in the evening if you don’t want to venture too far. Or you could take a chilled beer from the fridge in your room and drink on the balcony with a view of the sunset. Food and drink in Bulgaria are far cheaper than in England, so for about £8 or less you could get scrumptious meal for two, including wine!
The Air Conditioner can be personally controlled and give warm air flow as well as cool, so it can be used to heat the room.
The Studio has en-suite tiled shower room with toilet.
Gorgeous beaches right at your doorstep!

The Black Sea Coast region
Old Nessebar is the pride of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, a peninsular town with historical architectural relics including Byzantine church ruins, some dating back 3000 years BC, when the Thracians ruled this part of the world. It is a UNESCO heritage site, with lovely old wooden houses and cobbled streets. It’s a great tourist area, with a myriad of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and good night-life.
You can take a car or a tourist bus into the mountains to experience the wonderful nature of Bulgaria. Or maybe visit a vine yard in the nearby countryside and taste the local wine. Hire a car for a day or two and you can travel to the old capital of Veliko Turnovo with its spectacular walled monastery, lit up in a breathtaking display in the evenings.
Weather: In July and August the average temperature is 30 degrees or above. In the early and late seasons it is usually very warm.
Nessebar / Ravda area
Not more than a walk-away, less than one kilometre, are Ravda and Nessebar. Ravda is a lively village with shops, bars and restaurants. Both Ravda and Nessebar can be reached by bus from the road adjacent to the complex car-park. There are good supermarkets, pharmacies and so on in new Nesebar and also some great coffee bars.
If you fancy a further trip, you could go to Sunny Beach, which is only a short bus or taxi journey away, with its numerous discos, clubs, restaurants and cafes. Some of its venues have been featured on the TV holiday programmes – places such as “Kahn’s Tent” – a hilltop restaurant with lively entertainment (eg Dancing on the Bar!) and great food. The Aqua Park is nearby, and there are various water sports, scuba, jet-skis and boats to hire in Sunny Beach. Nearest big town is Bourgas, which has the usual facilities of a major conurbation. You can take bus there from just outside the complex.
How to get there
It is best to fly to Bourgas (30 km away from Aurelia) and get a taxi to the complex which is on the main Ravda-Nessebar road. The taxi ride will cost about £10. A taxi can be arranged to meet your arrival if you would like. Be sure to use an official yellow taxi so you can check the metre. Also, it is advisable that you agree to the price before you get in the vehicle, and don’t be afraid to haggle! Alternatively, you may choose to hire a car from the airport. We can help with this if you contact us.
Depending on when and from where you want to fly, it might be easier to fly to another airport, for example Varna, up the coast, or Plovdiv, in land. You can get a bus from these places to Ravda. If you fly to the capital Sofia, you can get a fast train to and from Bourgas.
Again, it depends on when and from where you want to travel. Wizzair flys from Luton and is often very cheap. If you need help to trace a suitable flight, please phone us and we’ll do our best to help you.

Guestbook for Studio 24B
Had a wonderful holiday! Warm sea, lovely beach and fascinating time exploring Old Nessebar. Good places to eat, too. We spent some time exploring the countryside further inland and brought back some nice bottles of wine from the vineyards at Karnobat. Prices of things are really low - for once we took some money home with us!
