This apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with a bright spacious living room. Situated on the ground floor with 2 balconies and full view of the pool and grounds. Ideal for families.

Situated between the towns of Ravda and Nessabar with easy access to Sunny Beach.

This complex is very well situated and very well run by our own management company
There is 24 hour security and staff on site if there are any problems
The shop next door has most things with a mini mart 10 min walk away
With in 10 to 15 min walk you have lots of bars and very fine resteraunts on your door step
There is a bus stop on the main road which runs into old nessebar and sunny beach every 20 mins

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea Coast is an increasingly popular tourist destination, and features white, sandy beaches. The average temperature in Summer is approximately 28°C and the sea has an average temperature of around 25°C. The region boasts warm, sunny weather and the best months to go are June to September. The Black Sea Coast has many places of interest to visit including remains of ancient Greek and Roman origin and of course Nessebar with its UNESCO protected old quarter. The old town is famous for its medieval churches.

The Nessebar / Ravda area

A regular bus service every 10-15 minutes links Nessabar with Sunny Beach and the village of Ravda. A bus stop is situated outside the apartment complex.Old Nessabar is a beautiful old island dating back 2,500 years where you can spend hours relaxing and shopping just 15 mins walk.

In the area of Old Nessabar along the cobbled streets are hundreds of market stalls, shops and restaurants offering local food and hand made products. With beautiful sea views this is a very pleasant location for a walk during the day or at nighttime.

Ravda is a small village with lots of bars and resteraunts and is only 5 min taxi ride

Kan circus is a must to see enjoyed by all ages. On the beach there are lots of sun lounges and places to eat and drink. Two local water parks within easy access of the complex and there are beach activities for all ages 2min walk from the complex.

“Beautiful spacious apartment.” Keith's apartment was everything we were looking for. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a swimming pool outside. Keith sorted everything out for us and there were no complaints. Beach is a 2 minute walk and sunny beach is a 10 minute drive.
