The apartment has a bright, spacious lounge with cable TV and DVD, well equipped kitchen with dining facilities for 4 people, spacious double bedroom, tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. The balcony is accessed from the lounge or bedroom and overlooks the swimming pools and landscaped gardens.
It is only a 5 min walk to the old historical town of Nessebar with its quaint cobbled streets and abundance of fine restaurants. Opposite the apartment is a lovely playpark looking out over the Black Sea and beautiful Panorama Beach with its golden sands stretching as far as the eye can see. Lively Sunny Beach is a short hop away and can be reached by taxi, bus, fun train, water taxi or you may prefer to walk along the promenade from Nessebar to Sunny Beach.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea coastline is referred to as the Bulgarian Riviera because of its 354km of beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue waters. There are lots of first class holiday resorts along the coast, many of which are centred on or around cultural sites, nature reserves and long golden beaches, many of which have been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for the environmental excellence.
The summer season starts in mid May and lasts until October with approximately 1700 hours of sunshine and average temperatures of 28 degrees.
Nessebar area
Nessebar is a 7th century fishing village and is one of the undoubted jewels of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to include Nessebar in its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983 and it is a town steeped in history. This quaint old town with its cobbled streets and wooden houses is an ideal place to hunt for souvenirs in the many gift shops or enjoy great value appetising cuisine in one of the many harbour-front restaurants. Nessebar's livelier neighbour, Sunny Beach, with its vibrant nightlife, is just a very short bus ride away or for the more romantic there is a regular water taxi or fun train for the children.
