The Black Sea Coast region

Akrotiria is situated between the historic old town of Nessebar and the village of Ravda on the Black sea Coast.. With the summer season running from mid May to September the climate is warm averaging 25-28 degrees C.
The apartment is located adjacent to several beaches and close to a university summer chalet complex which gives the area a lovely atmosphere..

Nessebar area

Nessebar town is a unique UNESCO protected isthmus and with extremely well preserved ancient buildings. The tourist will appreciate the atmosphere in the old town which has a fabulous variety of restaurants with excellent shopping and exceptional value.

Akrotiria is just a short 20 minutes drive from Burgas international airport.

The apartment complex is located between the old historic UNESCO town of Nessebar and the village of Ravda within a minutes walking distance of several beautiful beaches each offering very different tourist appeal, the first is secluded for those who enjoy peace and tranquility while the second is a small cove with a daytime lifeguard. restaurants and surrounding snack bars. The third beach runs along the front of the Nessebar IFA hotel complex with a host of activities. Then there is the magnificent Nessebar Beach only 10 mins walk from the apartment but with beautiful fine clean sand and great waves and very safe.
