This spacious studio apartment is newly built and fully equipped. This apartment has 2 sofa beds, to sleep a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment block is well maintained by a permanent staff group who will be happy to help with any queries or requirements that you might have during your stay. The apartments are located close to the beach, which is friendly and quiet, in contrast to the nearby bustling resort of Sunny Beach. These apartments are the ideal centre for a relaxing holiday away from it all, spending time by the sea or pool and working up a tan with a book!!
The apartments have full air conditioning and cable TV. Internet access is available. There is no extra charge for these services.
There are a myriad of restaurants within easy walking distance, offering great food at incredibly low prices - a meal for 4 should'nt cost more than £12 - with wine!
The historical city of Nessebar is nearby and easily accessible by taxi or bus from the village centre, for a couple of pounds.

The Black Sea Coast region
During peak season of July and August the temperature average is 30 degrees C. 15 mins by bus to Sunny beach, 10 mins by bus to ancient fishing village of Nessebar. Great Shopping at Bourgas (20mins taxi)
There are many places of interest on the black sea cost including the Archaelogical Museum in Varna and the Maritime park in Bourgas.
Nessebar / Ravda area

How to get there
Fly to Bourgas Airport and take a taxi to Ravda (approximately 20 mins). This will cost approximately £5-8. Alternatively, take a flight to Varna airport and travel by taxi (approximately 1.5 hours). This will cost approximately £40. Travel by bus to/from Varna for approximately £2.50 per person.
The owner can arrange transport from and to airports as required. This must be notified 14 days prior to travel.

There is a bar and pool table on the ground floor, restaurants and bars are around 5 minutes walk away. This is a great location, quiet yet accessible for beach (2 mins walk) and town centre, shops & bars.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 outdoor pools - the small children's pool and the main swimming pool. This is floodlit at night. The apartments are only a 2 minute walk from the lovely beach with restaurants. There is 24 hour reception and security and a staffed concierge who can advise on most aspects of the resort.
